Reach PPP customer service: 1 866 514-1680

Another minor dilemma with ppp. I grabbed a paid opportunity and reserved it, only to discover it was virtually impossible to do the job.

Reviewing the job posting, the advertiser never mentions WHO they even are. I would think that would just be common sense; as long as you're writing up a description on how to post the paid advertisement, mention who the heck you even are and what website you're promoting.
That was issue one.

Being familiar with the system now, I know I can scroll down the page a bit to find a required 'anchor text' with a url hyperlink. Ok, I can just see in th
e url what the website is. Um, whoever created this job listing didn't even put the correct url. That hyperlink takes you right back to ppp.
That was issue two.

Since there is a limited time to complete and submit the opportunity, I didn't want to wait for email feedback through the contact ticket process. I wanted to call and speak with a live person asap. I hit PPP's contact page, and one of the choices is an icon of a cute little telephone.
Directly under that cute little telephone pic states, "Find out how to contact a service representative via phone or postal mail." Click on that link and BLANK.
That was issue three

Having seen this a million times before, websites/companies that make it nearly impossible for you to reach a live person; I decided to google PayPerPost and IZEA, the parent company.

I got some random number off some random "manager's" link, glorified write up about himself on the IZEA team. 1 866 514-1680 An automated teller comes on the line anyway, so that's good. I really didn't want to disturb some poor chap that had nothing to do with the issues. I was able to hit "3" for customer service and a very nice lady listened and was understanding. She let me know the company/website that was the advertiser for that particular opportunity and I was able to complete the post (here).

She was surprised to learn the telephone/contact page was blank. She checked it out for herself and let me know that she would contact the appropriate person to fix that. (a couple hours later, now, it's still blank) But I'm not really bitching about that, I know fixes take time sometimes.

It's just a bummer that so many software and other little glitches keep popping up with PPP. Hey, at least they really do pay and I'm making some money! $$ :-)
